Our Over the Top Professional Series Silky Smooth Icing is a Swiss-Meringue style frosting.

The luxurious ready-to-use icing promises a Silky Smooth texture, making it ideal for flawless cake covering and piping. It is pure white in colour with no added titanium dioxide.

Our icing has a natural vanilla flavour and a mildly sweetened formula. Not only is it easy to flavour and colour, it is also lower in oils & fats than other icings, therefore, easier to use and much easier to clean up after decorating.

Created with the finest ingredients, Over the Top Silky Smooth Icing is proudly Australian made and is Allergen-free, Vegan friendly and Halal suitable. It has an extended shelf life of 15 months from manufacture and is available in 1L, 2L and 4.5L size tubs.
