Description- Creamy white coloured pieces of non tempering compound chocolate, Premium quality white compound chocolate for use in cookies and muffins. Ideal for melting and dipping.

Ingredients - Sugar, Vegetable fat (vegetable oil, emulsifiers (322 soy, 492)), Milk solids, Emulsifier (322 soy), Natural flavour.

Shelf-life and Storage

360 days from the date of manufacture. Recommended to ship and store at temperature less than 25°C. Keep away from direct sunlight, store in a dry and clean place.

NOTE: Please note that due to high temperatures in the summer months (December - March) the chocolate may melt when shipped by normal courier.
