VIZYON WHITE MODELLING CHOCOLATE
Vizyon Chococoat Modelling Chocolate is made from couverture chocolate, which means you always get the highest quality finishes and taste. It is used to add decorations to cakes and pastries by moulding it into a variety of shapes and structures that cannot be easily made with other softer edible materials such as fondant or buttercream frosting.
Using this modelling chocolate, you can make intricate flowers or figurines because the modelling chocolate remains fresh, flexible and moist for a very long period. Vizyon Chococoat Modelling Chocolate comes in two flavours: Dark Chocolate (Bitter) and White Chocolate (Ivory).
