Progel Colour - Sea Green 25g

Progel® is a highly concentrated, bake stable food colouring from Rainbow Dust

Progel® can be used to colour decorations e.g. sugarpaste, frosting, or marzipan. Progel® keeps its vibrancy once baked making it the ideal choice for colouring cake batter.

Ingredients

Humectant: E422, Water, Colours: E133, *E104, E155, *E122, Modified starch (tapioca). Warning: *E104, *E122 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

Storage

Store at ambient room temperature.

Instructions

Mix a small amount into your chosen application until desired shade of colour is achieved. Recommended dosage: 3g of colour per 1kg of decoration & cake (max. dosage 8g)
